12-23-07 Sunday *SECOND ALARM DWELLING* 1941 hours, dispatched for a dwelling fire. Engine 3301 responded, requesting a second alarm on response due to reports of fire "working." First arriving units were confronted with a heavy smoke condition in the walk-up attic. Fire was located behind a knee wall to the front of the attic and a quick stop was made. Two residents were able to escape without injury, despite their smoke alarm failing to sound.
